Course aim:
The module is designed enable the learner to gain an in depth understanding of the role and function of management in the business environment, and to develop effective management skills

Why do this course?
It encourages learners who may or may not already be practiced and experienced in management to appreciate the role of managers and the importance of effective management skills and of continuously enhancing their own skill set.

The learners that successfully complete this module will:
