Training Objectives
This programme aims to help you to achieve a healthier balance in your life, and focus on addressing stress, poor time management and re- prioritization of what is important in your life and how your business and personal life can deliver this to you.
Tipping the scales in your favour:
In this fast paced world we live in, balance is the ‘holy grail’. Often however we are too busy juggling all the roles we play in our lives (company, career, partner, parent, colleague, son/ daughter etc.) to be able to see where we are in our lives and how we can achieve balance.
Proposed Methodology
This course includes some practical and effective tools and techniques for measuring where we are ‘at’.
A coaching approach will be taken in this workshop; the day will consist of trainer presentations, role plays and practical exercises.
